Dar Al-Muttaqeen Association

Dar Al-Muttaqeen Association (hereinafter called the "Association") is a registered non-profit organisation registered under the companies Act of Jamacia (Co.No. 114020 ). It is currently being processed ,under the new Jamacia Charities Act 2013, for registration with the Department of Co-operative and Friendly Societies, Jamacia. Its registered office is located at 41 Ocean View Avenue, Port Maria Post Office, Galina, St. Mary,  Jamaica, West Indies.

 

The Association is the formal legal structure that is established for the governance of Masjid Al-Hakeem which is located at 138 Main street, Ocho Rios, St Ann, Jamacia. The Association is formally a member of "The Council of Imaams (Jamaica)  and is represented on the Council by Imaam of Masjid Al-Hakeem. The affairs of the Association and Masjid Al-Hakeem are managed pursuant to a Declaration of Trust by a board of Trustees" (the "Board of Trustees"). The current members of the Board are:

The Trustees are assisted in the day to day management of the Association by a Committee comprising the following members:
